Since the number of participants is fixed, participation in this event is by invitation only. Individuals who have received an invitation are kindly requested to respond as soon as possible.

Abstracts should be prepared using the provided LaTeX template and uploaded by the early bird registration deadline May 15, 2025. The length of an abstract (including references) should not exceed 2 pages.

The official registration will begin on March 3, 2025 and close on June 30, 2025. The following registration fees cover accommodation costs for four nights, three meals per day (starting on Sunday evening and including breakfast on Thursday), the social program, and the conference dinner. The fees for regular participants also cover the cost of conference materials, coffee breaks, and the use of conference rooms.
